How does the Mentoring Programme work?

Through our mentoring programme, we will be there to support and inspire you and your employee.

When you place a new employee through Lillie Harrison Limited, the first 13 weeks of the programme is free. This means we will be there to support them through their probationary period.

The first 13 weeks of the programme focuses on mentoring.
Your employee will:

  • Have weekly 1-2-1 sessions with a mentor
  • Follow our online course
  • Remain accountable through a weekly plan of action

We offer a further 7 weeks which focuses on high performance accountability. This costs £450.
Your employee will:

  • Have a weekly plan of action
  • Follow our seven-module online course
  • Have 1-2-1 sessions with a mentor
  • Weekly checks on that they are remaining accountable by following their plan of action

  • Our 13-week mentoring programme costs £997, but it is free to employees we have placed through our recruitment service.
  • The further 7 weeks of high-performance accountability costs £450.
  • 5 week Business Boost £850 – This helps to nail your business niche and get back on track.
